The rooms were extremely spacious, loved this beautiful and excellent apartment. Satisfied with bathroom and stunning views, as for instance available. We could enjoy views in front of the sea. The owner met us and explained everything. It was exceptionally nice to the busy outskirts of the old town:)))

From the moment we were collected from the airport by Josip, our hosts at Ave R, we knew we were in for a treat. They greeted us with ice-cold beers and made us feel welcome after our early flight. the apartment itself is stunning, exceptionally clean, and equipped with all the appliances one could possibly need. the spacious bedrooms and the efficient air conditioning made our stay comfortable even in the warm weather. the location of the apartment is perfect, with a private terrace and just a few meters away from the sea. We found a convenient supermarket and a bar within walking distance, and the old town is about a 20-minute walk away. But what truly made our stay special was the genuine kindness and helpfulness of Josip and Ljilja. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from organizing beach towels to arranging a birthday meal for us. We can't wait to go back and visit Ave R again!

really well fitted out and clean & spacious apartment with great views across the water. Lovely hosts - very welcoming and helpful. Private jetty right across the road for easy access to the warm water. Close to a bar and nice places to eat along the water edge. The apartment has all the amenities you need - including tea/coffee/sugar - washing and dishwasher tablets. The hosts even offer local taxi pickup. Can recommend.

Walk out the door and into the sea. Amazing views, fantastic swimming, and you can't beat dinner under the stars on the patio. The apartment was exactly as pictured. It's walking distance from everything but just far enough away to avoid the crowds. The private sunbathing platform at the waters edge with comfortable sun loungers is a real bonus!

Our stay at Apartments Ave R was absolutely amazing. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts, Josip and his wife, were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, yet still within easy walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets, and the old town. We especially loved the spacious terrace overlooking the bay and the private jetty with sunbeds. our experience at Ave R was excellent and we would highly recommend it.
